are created in pen & ink (by my hand).
Left as a black & white they are lovely,
but watercolor can also be added.

Pricing
Prices are for work done from client’s photos.
Pen & Ink Building Portraits:
8 x 10 approx ---starting at 185. This a very nice size for a portrait with lots of detail. Most homes would fit this price. Very complex architectural details or roof lines, etc will increase the cost. This size is approximate and depends on the proportions of the building. When framed this would be roughly 14 x 16.
Adding watercolor to an 8x10 pen & ink: 75.
11 x 14 approx —starting at 350. Most homes would fit this price. Very complex architectural details or roof lines, etc will increase the cost. This size is approximate and depends on the proportions of the building. When framed this would be roughly 16 x 20.
Adding watercolor to an 11x14: 100.

Note cards:
If only note cards are required I do a drawing the size I will be using on the card.
This typically saves the client the cost of a larger drawing....only to have it reduced.
The drawing/set-up fee is $ 75. per building. (ie-one card with 2 bldg on front= $150..)
Text added to the card is $15. per side. set-up fee
Text can be placed on front side, inside, and/or back side.
The cards are printed on 5.5” x 4.25” cream stock, and include 1 envelope per note. Cost of the cards $ 1.50 each, in any quantity.
A few other details about note cards:
I retain the original drawing. You will receive a digital file and note cards if ordered.
Please note that this size drawing is done as an economical way to have note cards printed.
This size will not enlarge successfully, as there will not be enough detail.

Placing an order:
After reviewing the photos of your building, and confirming some details with you, a deposit of 50% is required to begin the drawing. The balance is due on completion.
